FIRST THURSDAY SPEAKER MEETINGS RESUME!
LWV Deschutes' monthly First Thursday Speaker Meetings begin this fall with a welcome to Tobias Read, Secretary of State. This is an opportunity for members and the public to hear the State Secretary speak to the concerns about the integrity of the November 3rd midterm elections. The mostly Q&A will be held at a NEW LOCATION which is the new Central Deschutes Library. (on 27th St, Eastside of Bend!) Please bring your neighbors, family, friends, and your questions!
We predict this will draw full attendance. Please arrive early. Doors will open at 11:30 am. with presentation from 12:00 to 1:00pm.
